"We have stayed at this property multiple times due to the convenience of the location when we visit our daughters in Nashville. This is the first time we stayed in this particular room. The biggest upset was the extra steps requiring us to contact the property management for security requirements and access information. We utilize VRBO often and this was the first time we had to contact the property management versus them sending us a contact email. We tried calling and texting to the number...

"The place was very dirty. Downstairs ac unit was not blowing cold air house stayed at 82 and above the whole trip. Property manager kept saying he was sending someone and had excuses on to why it wasn't done. He was there at one point and even said he was sweating just standing in the kitchen. He sent me back about 10% of what we paid. However for what I paid for our 4 night stay it doesn't make up for the sauna. The pillows on the bed are flat as paper. The floors were flithy like they hadn't...

"We had a great time at the purple house. Good location with restaurants within walking distance and the fenced in yard was amazing. The back yard was not as usable as we expected but it had a great front porch. "
