We have stayed at this property multiple times due to the convenience of the location when we visit our daughters in Nashville. This is the first time we stayed in this particular room. The biggest upset was the extra steps requiring us to contact the property management for security requirements and access information. We utilize VRBO often and this was the first time we had to contact the property management versus them sending us a contact email. We tried calling and texting to the number provided and was placed on hold for hours and texts were not returned. This was getting scary because as of the day of check in we still had no response and the information provided through Expedia stated we needed to contact the property management 72 hrs prior to arrival and we were already 14 hrs into a two day road trip not knowing if we had a place to stay or not.
Luckily, we were able to contact an Expedia representative and get things sorted out with their help. I still fear we may have been without a place to stay and lost our payment to the property if we hadn’t got Expedia involved.
The only complaint I have about the condo is there was no laundry soap for the washer and no blackout curtains for the bedrooms.
Great, clean place otherwise.
