"From the moment I walked in 4/9 to check-out on 4/27, my stay was Impeccable!
I was going through a Life Crisis and Susan at the Front Desk made my stay like a Home. Very caring, and goes Above and Beyond her job description! On check- in I was a disaster and she assisted me with my luggage from my car in the check in bay to my room. She addressed me by my name at all times which made me feel "Seen". Renee also goes Above and Beyond to assist you with the personal touches!

"Don’t rely on the photos, some of the rooms are very outdated. Wasn’t super clean on arrival, stains on the sheets, wallpaper peeling, bathroom stains everywhere. The lights in the bathroom weren’t always working. "

"Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...
