"I stayed in the Bayview Tower for 2 nights. A bit dated. There wasn't any hot water to the bathroom unless I ran the water for approximately 10 minutes. Tried this at 6 AM and again around 6 PM. Called front desk after 1st time. They sent up maintenance. They said piping had to go all the way up to top floor before coming to the 4th floor to get heat. That's ridiculous in a hotel like this. Sink drain also filled with the remnants of the last visitors fruit cocktail or something like that. Not a...

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in.
