"We stayed at the Otter Hotel in mid April. Excellent stay at The Otter hotel! The sauna and hot tubs on the roof were a fantastic way to wind down at the end of the day. Hotel was stunning and the staff was amazing. Parking garage onsite was wonderful. The hotel stay came with bus passes to get around town which was very helpful. Staff had great recommendations and accommodations as well. Upon arrival you could puck different coffee or tea to bring to your room to use the pour over that was in room. Wonderful experience, would stay again!"

The pool could’ve been cleaner but still the perfect temperature and the change rooms and couches were clean. The vermillion room was amazing, absolutely perfect breakfast everyday. We did the campfire experience and it was lovely. The staff were all so friendly. "
