"The whole property including the parking garage, lobby and the room itself were immaculate. They clearly take pride in keeping things in great shape for their guests. Check in, as well as being able to take my car in and out of the parking garage at my leisure were smooth and easy. The only minor issue I had was that housekeeping woke me up an hour and a half before check in knocking on the door to come in and clean when I wasn’t due to check out yet. "Our reservation was made in March 2026 for a State Convention.
Check in was fine, except for instructions on parking.
The hotel was so understaffed for the event. Not enough desk clerks or wait staff in dining room. At least a 45 minute wait to share a hamburger and get a drink.
The room was lovely and clean, so redemption points here.
I doubt I'll ever stay here again, despite my loyalty to Hilton."
