"Front desk was rude. Breakfast was small and crappy. Outdated. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee. "Place needs a major upgrade/ cleaning. Room had a serious urine smell issue-no doubt the result of the “”pet friendly “” policy. Overall, the place is worn-out. Actually quite expensive for what you get."

"Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again."

"The Toilets were way to LOW for us to use comfortably! And we are 72 years old. Anyone who has a bad back or joint problems will definitely have problems getting down to the seat and real problems getting back up! We never thought we would have to check the size of the toilets before we book our rooms but I will do so now!"

"For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again."
