"This was a pretty good property. Our room was large and quiet for the most part. The staff was friendly and every time we requested something they had it with no wait time. I love that it was in the middle of everything and the hotel was very well kept."

"Nice hotel in a great location of south beach! 5 minute walk from the beach where you have 2 complementary chairs reserved for you, but umbrellas must be rented (27$ usd/day). The hotel itself is nice, clean and looked quite similar to the pictures. Only con really was our room was on the first floor which was quite noisy. You can hear other guests walking and talking in the hallway. Other than that, good location and very friendly staff :) "

"We visited The Betsy for my 40th birthday with my wife and 6 year old son. We had a fantastic time, the place was great and the staff was amazing, great service from Rene and Joanny that made sure we were very well taken care of in the restaurant and Juan the bellboy that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Chris was also great in compensating a small delay with out room while checking in. Overall the staff is amazing and would highly recommend anyone staying at The Betsy."

"The location was great - South Beach was very walkable including all its bars. There was lots of nightlife but we didn’t feel like it was loud in our room. The dining spot on site was the best part - Would be cool if they offered discounts for hotel guests although we had fun anyway. Rooftop pool and bar was fun. very kind of them to give us a complimentary bottle of wine. on our arrival. "

"First time staying at the Esme and it certainly won't be my last! The staff was incredibly polite, accommodating and personable. The hotel itself is so charming and the surrounding area is perfect for grabbing a coffee, strolling the streets and with great restaurants for lunch or dinner."

"Todo fluyó bastante bien, la decoración del hotel es bonita, junto al lobby tienen un restaurante, nuestra habitación estaba en planta baja y un poco al fondo, no se escuchaba nada del ruido del restaurante. La cama fue king size y bastante cómoda. El staff muy amable. Solo hay que considerar que ellos te prestan toallas para ir a la playa pero tienen un costo extra (que a mi gusto, fue un poco caro)."
