"Conditioner in shower didn't work, told staff and nothing was done. There nights. Pool area has 5 chairs after that you lay on the ground. Something in the bottom of the pool looked like a mini diaper and water wasn't heated. "

"TINY rooms. I booked a room for 600 dollars per night for 3 adults. The room is SO small that you cannot pass each other. It is literally the width of the two beds, with space only for one nightstand between the two beds. No desk/ chair or any flat surface to put anything down, like purses or sunglasses or keys. I couldn’t open my larger luggage because there is no space on the ground to open it. The bathroom is separated from the sleeping area with a wall that has a huge glass window. It is not see through but can see silhouettes very well. I could not take a shower as l did not want my male friend to see my silhouette. (We were overnighting 1 couple + one friend the night ahead of a cruise departing from Miami). The common areas are fine but this might have been the smallest hotel room l have ever stayed in and it felt incredibly crammed. "

"Shops, restaurants, beach were all close by. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Some of furnishing and carpet was dated. However bed was comfortable, blackout curtains for sleeping were great. The downside was the shower wouldn’t turn on. I had a time commitment and needed to have maintenance to fix shower. Front desk was great at unsuccessfully trying to turn it on (this occurred before maintenance was on duty). I was given clean towel and able to shower in a room that hadn’t yet been cleaned in order to get out on time. However, no financial compensation was made for the inconvenience the shower debacle caused me."

"Room was not cleaned (floor was full of sand, dirt and socks became black. Stray long hairs all over the place. Clearly was not swept or cleaned. Bathroom shower was broken, needed to get repaired. No hot water for half a day so we could not shower. Staff was not very helpful. FYI No microwave on the property. "
