"We had a 2 night stay at the Omni. Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and the lobby was beautiful. We were able to check in early with no problems. Our room was good -- it had a funky smell but we acclimated. Our room was a bit run down. The toilet flusher was broked, the handle to get into the shower was broken, and there was a lot of grout missing on the shower floor. These were small issues that didn't interupt our stay but just felt like lack of care. The ammenities - 2 restaurants, 1 coffee shop, and the lobby bar were great. Good options and appropriately priced. The hotel is very close to the downtown scene, easy walking to everything of course rather loud at night but the tv offered a "white noise" channel so that was helpful with blocking out the bar close street noise. Overall, I would stay at the Omni again."

"I enjoyed the ground floor room with easy access to the street and parking. The staff was very helpful and courteous, especially the young man at the desk who greeted me and held the door. I sat briefly at the third-floor pool deck; the little coffee shop was closed. The exercise room was fine. The room was large, the kitchen good, the bed soft, the water hot, and super clean. They offer a shuttle reservation to Broadway gratis. I ate delicious fried chicken nearby at Hattie's. The property is easy to find, at a central location, within striking distance of all of Nashville. I wish I had more time."

"Breakfast was fantastic included in my package for 2. Everything was beautiful. 15 min from airport flat $35 fee. No need to rent car the resort is huge. Soundwaves experience a little expensive but mainly for the kids under 14. Adults must accompany kids under 16 but they dont have to pay full orice and sadly they dont tell u that either. I learned from reviews. Silent party Boat ride on premises and they give u earphones and light sticks...cheaper b4 6pm. Still I think a little pricey for a 15 min ride even if u get to keep the glow stick. Waterfall show that can match the Bellagio thats free. Free shuttle to the Opry mall which was also fab that had several Game and escape rooms, food court, shopping stores, Dave & Busters, etc. "

"During our stay there was a fire alarm. There was no hotel supervision. If there had been a real fire people would have gotten hurt."
