"The room had a smell and decor dirty. Elevator door inside and out of was not clean. The breakfast was horrible, the only thing that was decent was the waffle. Juices watered down and breakfast serving dishes were tore up. Shower had stains and stopper in bottoms of tub was broke. Vent hood broke and had dirty fingerprints on top of ceiling around the vent hood. Overall, I would not return."

While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. "So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. "We reserved an assessable room. The bed was less than 18” off the floor and we struggled to get up and down. Also the bed frame was bent allowing the mattress from to fall another inch or two when there was weight on the left side of the bed. We were waiting for it to collapse during the night. Also the commons area was right outside our door. It was noisy up to 3:00am. We like the location near our daughter’s home and have stayed before. The sheets were covered with little cloth nubs making the sheets feel like you had crumbs in the bed or like sand paper. The a/c states to look at thermostat on the wall and there is not a thermostat on the wall. Flooring was peeled in some areas making toe stubs a regular thing and creating a tripping hazard. "Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary? We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me."
