Breakfast was fresh, but not a lot of variety. It was a busy weekend and they had just one waffle maker and a broken toaster. The women who greeted us the night we checked in, wasn’t friendly at all. We did meet other staff members that were very friendly. The rooms were okay, exactly as pictured and expected. The pool was cold, but my family swam in it anyway. My biggest concern was the shower temperature. If you enjoy frozen showers, this is your place. The water temperature was perfect on day one but as the hotel got busier into the weekend, the hot water was very very quickly used up. We tried different times of the day, and every time you got a few minutes of hot water and then it quickly went to very very cold. We didn’t park, but there looked to be lots of parking available!

We had a very disappointing stay. We booked a room for 5 people, but when we arrived, the sofa bed was not properly prepared and didn’t even have a mattress. We had to wait about an hour for staff to bring one, which was very inconvenient after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, the bed was not set up—we had to do it ourselves. The breakfast was also below expectations, ranging from mediocre to poor, with limited options and quality. I understand this is a Comfort Inn, but at nearly $300 per night, we expected a basic level of readiness and service, which was clearly not met. For the price we paid, this experience was unacceptable. We believe a partial refund would be appropriate given these issues.

This hotel was ok. Just ok. I have stayed at better Motel 6's. There was no hot water in my room. Paid over $200.00 for this room and me and my family couldn't even take a shower. Over whelming perfume smell as soon as you walk in. Makes me wonder what they are trying to hide.

Front door still have note making everyone wear mask inside the public area. Front desk staff was wearing gloves and mask while checking us in. Front lobby has overwhelming air freshener to hide the stinkyness of the facility. The room given to us was 311 and the front and back door had grease stain. Worst is, the toilet seat still had hair and the toilet bowl had poop stain. Gross!!!! We immediately left the room and told the staff the issue. I showed her the pictures and asked me to email it to her. I told her she can go back into the room and see it to herself. Area is not safe- per my observation, a lot of random people walking around the area. Just lock your cars.

My room was clean and very nice. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The pool is open 6am til 10 pm. It right of the expressway.

Needed a quick, last minute stay in Nashville and this hotel served its purpose nicely! Like any hotel, needs some upgrades/minor cosmetics, otherwise rooms were very clean and cozy, and the property/surrounding area seemed safe, with no worries for my vehicle parked outside. Recommend for any type of stay!

The accommodations were fine, however the only staff member that we interacted with was very short with me, pretentious and down right rude. I believe she was the owner and she was working nights. Poor attitude and lack of manners. She wasn’t accomto us, so I would gather this is her standard of professionalism. Had she been more friendly, better attitude and not acting as if she were the queen of the castle I would e given this place a stronger score.

Door to room was hard to close, really needed to slam to shut. Wallpaper peeling, carpeting needed washing, no ice machine on our floor. Drywall was bulging in some areas. Curtains didn’t close shut all the way so you didn’t feel private in the room and too much street light came in. Sofa bed was in rough shape and mattress was stained really bad.

Wi-Fi was non-existent; could not connect to the internet even outside of the “guest “ Wi-Fi! Shower water temperature fluctuated and quickly went to zero warm/hot water. On a positive note, the bed mattress was good!

The room was in terrible shape. Curtains hanging disconnected from ceiling, unknown matter on main area wall and bathroom, hair in bathtub, just to name a few.
