"There are a few things about hotels that are either very good or very bad and can make or break your experience. First the good: Customer service was excellent, highly recommend. Folks were kind and helpful, personable and dealing with a high volume and if they were stressed they didn’t show it. Next, the shower. Top 3 best showers of my life. The water pressure was out. of. this.world! Amazing. I miss it. Next the not so good. The room was sadly a little dumpy, and not clean. I found hairs in...

"Rooms were nice and clean. Exactly what was described in the pictures. Will book again"

"Repeat customer here. And I'll definitely stay again. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent location for sightseeing and getting around. Attached restaurant and bar. Just about anything you could need is close by within a couple blocks. Beautiful vintage hotel without feeling too stuffy/pretentious. Amazing suites."

"From the time I checked to the time I checked out, everything was flawless, clean, location was perfect. Would stay here over and over."

"I love this hotel. This was my second time here and the staff and service is amazing. Giovanny was exceptional with hias customer service. I hope to be able to stay here every time I need to come to NYC for work."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
