"My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!"

"The outside looked nice, the inside was not quite the same. Only one working elevator at the time which left us waiting several times to get back to the room (while we had a ton of luggage).. and unfortunately watched staff use it while clients waited. The night time crew was not helpful in anyway shape or form, didn’t seem like he could be bothered and the little “mart” had nothing in it, no bottled water. Used the suggested site to retrieve my vehicle from valet and waiting 45 minutes before...

"I had to pay $60.00, for parking, it was not in the historic district it was off the highway. The refrigerator wasn’t working.
My car wasn’t ready when we got ready to leave. I told the manager I was not able to use their system to order my car and she said she be happy to take care of it. Then when we got ready to leave no car."
