"The room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However, cleaning staff is not attentive (I ate fruit in the room and the table was still sticky the next day, amenities were not replaced consistently). On weekends, music from neighboring parties is heard (and felt!) in the rooms until late. The pool situation does not work: the best day beds are reserved for a minimum spend even if they stay empty all day. The pool beds are crowded and people are smoking...

"Great hotel situated between Nae Nam and Bo Phut so it was easy to walk to both, we tended to walk towards Bo Phut as there were plenty of restaurants on the way to Fisherman's Village. The hotel has a selection of suites and villas set in nice gardens. We stayed in a pool villa which was marvellous with a large courtyard with sunbeds, sala with daybeds and pool. We have stayed in many pool villas and the pool is normally around 3m by 6m, the pool in our villa was apx 4m by 9m, exceptionally...

"The whole experience at this resort was poor. Most of the beach furniture was broken. The choices and amount of food at the breakfast was inadequate for the number of guests. The room was super dated with a hard bed and poor quality bedding and the lock in our door was difficult to open with our key. The staff in the lobby looked bored and were very unhelpful. This hotel needs a lot of attention and should not be not be supported by expedia. "
