"We all loved staying at the hotel, it was clean and great relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a suite and whilst it was lovely and big and clean a few things needed attention! Door handle on toilet door was half hanging off, toilet flush was loose and the jacuzzi bath plug never worked, so therefore the water kept emptying away. Balcony could have done with a clean too. "On the whole enjoyed our one night stay. Property is lovely and our ground floor room was clean and warm. We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things.
