Continue waiting till 4 and another employee remarked to another guest that the rooms have been ready and they didn’t need to wait. "

"Breakfast was ok. The coffee was warm, at best. The staff was very nice. Had stomach issues after almost each day. We had a one time $29.00 credit from Expedia. This wasn’t explained well. We had to give the voucher upon a meal or drink at the bar, which we didn’t realize until we got home. We assumed it would come off at checkout. A credit would be appreciate! The pillows were very uncomfortable. Location was excellent, room was very nice. "

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable, however there is a coffee machine in the room but we were only ever provided with one coffee pod between the two of us for our 4 night stay. This was never replenished which I find very poor for a hotel of this standard. I tried contacting their digital concierge “Watson” and never got a response. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. Also the used disposable coffee cups we used on our first morning were never replaced or removed by house...

Requested credit card never told me what it was for or even gave me pricing or receipt upon leaving the hotel. never told me what room floor was on or anything. I just had to look at the number written on the card and figure it out. was never given any information on any amenities or restaurant or bars that the hotel had either."
