"Be very wary when booking this hotel, the location is great. The hotel itself is extremely old and rundown. The rooms are absolutely filthy, the couch in our room was covered in stains, the bathroom was full of dirt, and don’t take off your shoes on the carpet. Not only that, the hotel has a smoking policy and provides falsified reports so they can charge extra fees, even though there is no smoking in the room. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The service was exceptional. Really nice people who make everything great. The room was very clean and lovely, super shower, comfortable bed and the size was perfectly fine for the location. The lobby playing jazz is very classy. Oh - the location!! We had drinks on the roof bar, ate at the Mexican restaurant and so easy to walk to 100's of restaurants and attractions. "We found this hotel good value for the money. For the busy location our room on the 11th floor was quiet and we had good nights' sleeps and naps.
