"The hotel was very convenient for a one night stay at the airport (with a quick turnaround). Otherwise, it is very difficult to get to a from if you plan to do things off-site during your visit. I have to say the staff was friendly and kept the place very very clean!"

"Overall great hotel to stay at with transportation provided to all four parks.
Though not considered a Disney hotel, you still get the perks of buying lightning lanes a week before. I would stay here again."

"Air conditioner was not working for half the stay. Some staff were not friendly when asked questions. Pools were great but one suggestion would be to open the bar at the Adult Pool. "

"The room was clean and had a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishes/utensils. The staff was friendly. There was a pool in each village and had whirlpools. The complex is quite big with lots of things to do. My only complaint was that the used pool towels piled up and it took forever for them to be replenished. Had to resort to using bath towels. "
