"Hotel Indigo is a pleasant hotel in an excellent location for a lovely city. The hotel is a Grade 11 listed building and some of the rooms are dated, well used and a bit shabby. We had a cathedral facing room which had a pleasant view but was very hot on our arrival and took a long time to cool down. The sheets were grubby."

"Had a two night stay in Room 1. Staff all friendly and helpful. WiFi was on the blink.so not available on our room. They said they needed to fix it. Room was spacious. Lovely bathroom but lighting in both room and bathroom could be brighter. Water hot but found controls on shower difficult to adjust.
