"Das Hotel ist neu und alles war sauber. Das Zimmer war relativ klein. Der Check-in war für mich jedoch bedenklich. Den Scan des Reisepasses verstehe ich vollkommen. Als dann aber auch noch ein Foto verlangt wurde – angeblich „for your own safety“ –, ging mir das einfach zu weit. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es dafür keine Vorgabe in Singapur."

"No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am
The ice maker on 6th floor both broken
Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30
The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly
I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...
