Made booking through Expedia, so initial communication was challenging as Mint said we couldn’t revise our reservation because we had to go through the “third party” and I didn’t realize that meant Expedia. Then we were supposed to get check in information within 24 hours, which didn’t happen so we had to go through loops to get that figured out. Check in info came an hour and a half before...
