"Elevators never work, over the past times I’ve visited the valet parking has gone up, ants in the bathroom, never cleaned rooms until requested even though they asked and confirmed wanted my room cleaned daily. Twice they threatened to leave when they arrived after our request saying they didn’t want to hit traffic. Twice they mixed up our keys at the valet and almost gave us the wrong car. Ice machine is never working."

"The property was very nice. Great location. The only issue was the laundry room and the dryers not drying your clothes. The tv service was spotty which I think was due to unstable internet. Only one person in our party wanted a functional tv so he was unhappy with that. Everything else was perfect."

"This place is beautiful and charming. My self and my two horn h children stayed on the first floor in the large suite with two beds and a pull out futon. Unfortunately, the entire third floor was rented out to a family who were extremely loud. The children continuously ran around the floor and one evening the family had a party that was completely out of hand. I think the children were rolling pool balls on the floor and bowling with them. It was awful. Complaining did not cease the noise,...

お洒落な朝食付き、こだわりのディナーもとても美味しかったです。
英語が堪能でないのでそれが少々負担でした。
残念ながらホットタ ブが故障のため使用できませんででした。スタッフの方が謝ってくれました。
こちらから提案しましたがその分少し返金がありました。
