"Such a great property! The beds were so comfortable, having the 3 pools to choose from... The quiet pool, the adult pool and the regular pool. We only went to the adult pool and it was so peaceful. We ordered room service for lunch and the selections were okay. Mostly burgers, hot dogs, pizza and fried chicken tenders. It would be nice to have better options, but honestly, that's my only negative feedback. Bonus.. it's only 5 minutes from Agua Caliente!"

"To me this hotel falls under the description as Boutique. The hotel has a genuine vibe that can be felt from the lobby to the pool. Since there was no central PC for use by the guests,I needed to evaluate whether the young vibe offset the traditional stays at places like a Marriot,which has a much more conservative atmosphere.I enjoyed the exuberance of the hotel,but my age said I should be in the other more conservative group.
Overall,I recommend this hotel and its excellent location."

"The hotel is beautiful and huge. We had four adult females in our party. We requested a room with two queen beds. The room was extremely large. The bathroom was very spacious and filled with all the necessities. The hand and body lotion was not a favorite because of the pungent smell and difficult to absorb.
All of the staff were courteous and very helpful. The Bellhops will call Ubers for you if you like. They are also kind enough to take pictures for your group.

"The entire hotel is old and not the nicest. Location is prime and the rooms are big so overall I would go back. I just think it it could use a lot of upgrades or just replace some of the older things. Most of staff was friendly. They did misplaced my credit card from the Pool when I went to close out and then didn’t seem to care until I made it a priority. They did find it, but they really don’t have a full proof system so I definitely wouldn’t give them anything to open a tab charge it to your...
