"I have to say, the staff is great. I have stayed here a few times for work, and each time, I was warmly welcomed. Haven't had any issues with the rooms when I've stayed."

"Staff were all friendly. Room was clean. The issue was the wall. It was so thin and I could hear everything in the room next door. Check in time was 4pm and out time was 11am but I wish it was 3pm for in and noon for out the price you pay. There were only two small elevators and when checking out, they were both full before they came to our floors and had to wait a few times."

"The major problem we had was the hotel was that the room was not ready by check-in time at 3pm. We weren't able to do the things we needed to do before the concert like charge our phones and get ready. Plus made us late to the merch lines, which we were looking forward to that. The staff seemed bothered by me asking about when the room was going to be ready. The view was of a fire escape. The view was not a big deal, though. The beds were comfortable.
