"1歳の息子と夫の3人での宿泊でした。 息子が安全に過ごせるように和室を予約しました。 和室ということもあり作りは新しくなく、備品等も以前から使用している物であろう物でしたが、清潔で特に問題はありませんでした。 小さな子どもなので大浴場で子どもと一緒に入浴するか迷いましたが、脱衣所にオムツ捨て用のゴミ箱があったりウェルカムな雰囲気だったのと、息子がトイレがうまくいったこともあり、温泉デビューできました！またぜひ泊まりたいです！"

"Superb onsen experience. Our room was very clean with comfortable tatami/futon. Outdoor and indoor onsen was very pleasant as were the private onsen. Kaiseki was delicious and filling. Most of all staff and owners were very welcoming and kind. Will come back."

"we had a perfect two-night stay at the Kusatsu Now Resort. First the staff has the best service I have ever experienced even though there was a language barrier. but the staff went beyond everything to keep us happy. Secondly the town of Kusatsu is really beautiful and compact so absolutely worth of visit!"

"My husband and I spent one amazing night here after hiking Mt Fuji the day before. We didn't know what to expect at our first Onsen but Kusatsu Onsen Buon exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located by Yubatake Hot Springs and Sainokawara Park. It has a very zen and peaceful atmosphere. We booked a 90 min full body massage at the hotel and the masseuses were spectacular. They addressed every aching body concern after our hike! The breakfast was also plus. I would highly recommend them...

"We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus...
