"My two-night stay was an average one, but I expected more from the room and the hotel staff. In my room, the carpet was torn at the bathroom door. I could tell that a repair attempt was made but the 6" long tear was still noticeable. In the shower, the hooks on the shower curtain were all unhooked, which allowed the shower curtain to come loose from two of the points of attachment.
