"This resort was okay for our overnight stay before our cruise. The kids enjoyed the pool; it’s large. However, the rooms could use upgrades, I think my expectations were too high. The parking lot is way too small for the size of this resort. You will probably have to utilize the valet parking. The restaurant is expensive but, parking is so bad we didn’t want to chance moving from our unofficial parking spot on the side. I was so nervous about our rental vehicle, I didn’t sleep well...

"I must commend the hotel staff for their honesty. We left behind a charger for our Disney Band in our room. When we returned after our 6 day cruise I inquired at the front desk if the charger had been turned in by the housekeepering staff and it had. The hotel staff promptly returned the charger and I am VERY grateful for the honesty and professionalism."

"You have to pay $25.00 a day per person for the waterpark, and you have to pay to use the boats. Not all pools had music or an open bar for drinks and food. Also had three out of 7 days that our AC was not keeping up. "
