"Clean and spacious room. The only issue was the slow elevator system (had to wait in line almost every time), and our room on the 24th had a wall unit AC that we could not easily control (had to stand on the bed to reach the controls)."

"Staff was very responsive and helpful"

"Fantastic location for a reasonable price! I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was fine, the staff was helpful and friendly, the only thing I didn't like was the aroma of the scent they pumped into the lobby - it smelled like cheap men's cologne."

"Nice large room, very clean. We got a $15.00 credit for the restaurant/bar but it was only available until that evening -- it would have been nice to have been available the next morning as well. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay, and the front desk staff were very helpful in directing us what subway to take for the Halloween parade in the Village, and how to get to it."

"Great spot! Awesome location"

"Friendly and helpful staff. They helped me with toothbrush, happily allowed an hour late checkout time and overall the place has the New York charm and a at a perfect location."

"The hotel is pretty well maintained and we felt safe during our stay."
