"We found this hotel good value for the money. For the busy location our room on the 11th floor was quiet and we had good nights' sleeps and naps. We had a street view, and it appears that all rooms have one. We liked that there were four elevators and we never waited long. There was some construction going on in the hotel, so there was some off and on noise 7AM-4PM. Staff were friendly and helpful. "They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price....
