"This hotel's location was really convenient to all of our activities planned for downtown Phoenix. It's a quick walk to Chase Field and the Suns Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the traffic can be quite congested in this area and we had a really difficult time pulling into to the hotel to check in. "The room was nice and really clean. I didn’t expect not to have service in my room however we were able to connect to the wifi. I guess now thinking about it was nice to disconnect. If you get the fireplace patio, I suggest to just have someone come and turn it on as you check in as it’s something to easily forget and once the front desk is closed, you can’t have someone turn on the fire pit.
