"This was one of my top stays ever! I've always been a Hilton girl and this trip proved exactly why. I had hotel staff checking in with me daily to ensure a comfortable stay. There was an issue with the AC one night; maintenance came right away and I was assigned a new room immediately to accommodate. Thank you Hilton for always being my number one choice!"

"Room was clean upon arrival. Room over looked the pool. Location was good. Close to Universal, Sea World etc. Front desk staff were all friendly & helpful. Text requests were responded to quickly. Pool/pool area was nice, cleaned daily. Several loungers around need repair. Starting to rip/sag uncomfortable."
