"Very nice and cozy hotel. The bar up top was phenomenal and the menu was different. The weather was so cold when we went to visit but staff was so helpful and kept everything warm and clean while we were there. The valets were so kind and quick to grab our vehicle when we left for the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The location was also a plus."

"The front desk staff is very experienced. The location is still great as being close enough to the airport, downtown Detroit, Dearborn, and actual neighborhoods. Only had one issue with reclaiming a left item."

"Locarion was excellent, The experience had the potential of being desirable, with the exception that on 2 nights (we had a week long stay), they somehow neglected to service our room. After a full day outside, you expect to come to a clean room, but that was not the case. With proper attention to critical guest amenities, it would have been a different story.
