"Normally don’t take the time to do reviews, but the room was clean. It was nice to have updated rooms and amenities. My only issue was the staff. I think 5/6 interactions I had the staff members were very rude and unhelpful. Other than that, it’s a very nice location and sweet spot to stay."

"This is a solid hotel with some quirks you should be aware of. The layout is inefficient, with restaraunts/bar, check in, and the general store on the 8th floor with a klunky elevator system. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Rooms are small, but I think it’s fine for the NYC. The bathroom doesn’t have good ventilation, so when you take shower it gets extremely steamy. Rooms were cleaned every day, and all towels were changed with the clean ones every day too, it was nice."

"At first, I was kinda thrown off because I thought that the room was really small, but it actually grew on me after a day or so. Quaint and quirky is how I would describe the room. Really clean, and well maintained. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only real complaint is that the elevator system is quite unorthodox. Otherwise, loved my stay here. Would definitely stay here again."
