"Staff very welcoming and able to answer all of my questions. Room and facilities were clean but I think the carpet needs upgrading or replaced with laminate flooring. Linens were clean. I would suggest trash bags in the cans maybe. Would definitely stay here again"

We stayed in a two bedroom villa with full kitchen and living room and the interior design and decor were very well done considering the building was probably much older. The renovation was nice, but we did have to walk three flights of stairs as those older buildings did not have elevators. "FOR A RESORT OF THIS SIZE I WAS SHOCKED THAT IT WAS AS RUN DOWN AS IT WAS. MULTIPLE ELEVATORS WERE DOWN, HOTEL ROOM HAD COCKROACHES. DISHWASHER WAS BROKEN AND KITCHEN SINK WAS CLOGGED. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING."

"The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. We travel with kids so to have our own room and a full kitchen is awesome. I was however alittle disappointed in the arcade they have since it was like walking into an arcade from the 1980s. Some of the games weren’t working but overall the hotel is a great stay for what you pay."

"Unfortunately our stay at Westgate was not a pleasant one. We were not told that our two bedroom unit in building 1900 was a dog friendly unit. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the strong dog urine smell. It was so overwhelming but masked with a strong perfume smell. There was also dampness that never went away on the carpet in the main bedroom around the tub area. We asked to be relocated but they could not accommodate.
