"Room was not cleaned properly pair of underware laying in the ground just outside the spa railing coffee table was dirty from last guests and the coffee maker was disgusting. No privacy as the other unit to the left sticks out and people basically look right into your room. I will never stay here again"

"We have been visiting Salishan Lodge since the 90’s. Since SCP took over it is no longer special. Salishan refers to a prominent family of Indigenous languages historically spoken by Native American and First Nations tribes in the Pacific Northwest. This is completely missing in decor and feel. The outline on how to “brew” room coffee was like reading a spoofed spiritual guide and we laughed out loud. No soft drinks were located in Ice area where signs said. The guide button on TV said unavailable when pushed. The speaker button on phone was broken off. Plus the online pricing was a different price every day, some midweek days were over $600. Made zero sense and staff couldn’t tell why Monday was $237 but Tuesday was $634. That alone kept our stay to one night. Furniture looked mismatched flea market finds and often scratched. To owners: This location os magical but you are not letting the hotel reflect this."
