"Traveling with a friend and called a week in advance to confirm 2 beds as booked, was told no problem, and when we arrived they had no more 2 bed rooms and stuck us in a king with a roll-a-bed overseeing the swimming pool with screaming kids everywhere, for nearly $600 I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future."

"So expensive for actual facility and cleaning condition. Just nice location. restaurant is ok too. They charge resort fee that should be included in this very already expensive accommodation fee. I paid resort fee for A little pool that I have not used. Nothing there."

"Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers."
