"Hotel was in a great location, most of the attractions were easily walkable. The only downside was the wall are pretty thin so you can hear everything (our neighbor would play the trumpet randomly?) and you could hear the people stomping up above us. Breakfast gets a little overwhelming but to be expected with an all you can eat, the staff tries to keep it as organized as possible. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Definitely would stay here again."

"Beautiful place, rooms are clean and spacious."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional."

"Wonderful hotel. However parking cost 75$ per night. Never again"

"Everything was good"

"I have never experienced such a horrible customer service experience like I have here by the night time staff - we were forced to book an additional room because we had 3 guests (dispite our room being listed as accommodating 3) we weren’t allowed to our room without booking and were threatened with being kicked out. On top of that, a/c unit was poorly maintained so there was a constant clicking noise all night. Never staying here again, Hotel G lost a repeat customer."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had been there before so it was no different. Great place to stay."

"The hotel was a great location with 2 cable car stops right by hotel. Complimentary coffee in the morning was very good. The Mark bar at top of hotel had beautiful views and overpriced drinks. We had dinner at China Live and it’s the best I’ve ever had anywhere."

"Favorite place to stay when in SF! Location, staff, amenities are all great!"

"It was an awesome hotel."
