"I don’t really write reviews for places I stay at but this one impressed me beyond my expectations. I planned this trip for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and the location and price of this hotel is the best you will find. Not too far away from everything, conveniently located transportation and so many food choices! My fiancé never shuts up about NYC but Chicago has definitely taken a place in his heart. He even asked to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for everything and beyond."

"absolutely loved our stay here!!!!!!! the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful!! both check in and check out were extremely easy. trying to find a place to stay in the area was hard because almost every place seemed to have hidden fees upon check in or some sort of day of charge- this lovely hotel had none of that and i was extremely grateful! we didn’t have the breakfast but it smelled delicious and my sister enjoyed the bar! 10/10 will definitely stay here every time i’m in the city! "Gorgeous hotel. Lockwood restaurant has really good food and friendly staff. The rest of the hotel staff though, all seemed irritated every time I interacted with them. I was just surprised at how unprofessional the staff was in such a nice hotel. They will give you a $25 “credit” at the spa per day, so book something well in advance of you don’t want to just lose $25/day. "

"21C Museum Hotel is conveniently located just off the Magnificent Mile and is beautifully decorated with original artwork and decorative penguins in bright colors. The restaurant is expensive but the food & bar are excellent. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with all needed amenities. Great hotel!"

"Requested a fridge and microwave, as they do not come in each room. Wasn't there when we checked in, but came shortly and worked well. Nice hotel, but no pool and they only offer parking as a valet service for $80+ per day. Ended up parking at Aon Center for $17/day, which was VERY close. "
