"The hotel and our room was very clean. The room was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and caring. The Concierges were both so knowledgeable about the area and were able to suggest and make great recommendations. The location is very good right outside of Union square next to the Theatre section. Each hotel employee that we interacted with was so kind, helpful and went the extra mile for the guests. I would stay there again."
