"The hotel was excellent"

"Magnificent roof top pool and bar area. Buffet was a little on the bland side but overall great. All the staff members were great. The overall location was quiet and located close to many attractions."

"This hotel is amazing due to its staff everyone one of them are very helpful and great. We had a very pleasant and lovely stay and would love to return."

"They're a little difficult when you go to Book I find if you book direct they'll offer you a 20% discount but they don't equate it to the same rooms that you get an Expedia. "Me encantó el hotel y el personal muy atentos en todo momento. Me ayudaron a reservar algunos servicios y traslados.

We left early for the temple one morning and they even made a breakfast to go and the pool was amazing on a very hot day. The hotel is very walkable to the city center, which is nice."

"Seriously, I'm not sure how and why there are all the 4- and 5-star reviews unless the place has gone downhill fast. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to walk up to get the conversation and check-in going. Curtly told us our room was not ready. 20 minutes later, it was ready. The room was not clean at all or well maintained as the pictures will show. The TV did not have any connection all I could get for and answer was something about ince Thailand, everything was old and the bathroom...
