"Ease of transportation is one of the main reasons to like the hotel."

"The hotel was generally nice. But the Fitness room was not well maintained. There were 4 treadmills but only 2 worked. The other 2 were completely broken for my entire 2-week stay even though early on I asked the front desk to ask maintenance to repair them. Internet wafted in & out. Numerous dropped phone calls. Mattress was a bit stiff but I've learned over the last 20 years this is common throughout East/Southeast Asia. Other than this my stay was nice. Stand-up showers had strong water...

"Lovely staff and clean"

"."

"Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy."

"Loved the location and the roof top pool"

"Expedia info regarding the hotel having an airport shuttle is incorrect. It states “a rare find in Bangkok” which would be true if it was the case. Unfortunately, that claim is a fabrication. Given that was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel, I was extremely upset to learn it wasn’t true. Don’t fall for this one. Shame on Expedia for posting this misinformation."

"This place has a great location and very friendly staff. The room itself is very nice and the facilities work great. Love a closed shower. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is my disappointment in the breakfast, I’d definitely skip that next time. And when I asked for a king size bed room, I got 2 twins put together instead & one mattress was super firm & the other was super soft. Also created a gap when I was sleeping that felt off balance. Other than these 2 issues I was very pleased"

"I paid for an expensive room so that I could access the lounge. My room had no windows at all. Even when I have had the cheaper rooms at the same hotel, I had windows. I have stayed at this hotel several times and would have not expected to be put into a room with no windows. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"Close walking distance to bars, markets and malls"

"The huge rooms. So much staff to help. The huge pool, games room and play room were great. The breakfast was unbelievable! So much to choose from and they even made us gluten free pad thai, fried rice, pancakes and hashbrowns. Great location too. A really great restaurant across the street. Shopping attached. Easy to get to many great places including the dock for ferries."

"Very convenient, there is a 7 eleven right on the corner and it’s like 30 min from the main a night market if you take a grab, the view from my room was amazing"

"宿泊してとても良かったです、おすすめです。"

"First room the air conditioning was not great, staff quickly moved us to a new room, location good, pool great, breakfast ok"
