"It was really nice. Staff as great. Breakfast was great. The only issue I hit was the water that came out of the bathtub. Had a tinge of yellow to it. That was not clear. Which is probably more of a city water issue than theirs. Other than that, it was perfect."

"Hotel itself was fine, but the staff could use some retraining… At any given moment there were at least 7-9 people waiting in line for check in or other things. They are extremely slow at check ins and 1 staff member Dave was particularly rude when my room key stopped working and I asked for a new one."

"Room had a bad odor when we walked in, had to turn the air on, seemed to help some. Telephone in our room was broke, refrigerator didn’t work. No information in the room or from the front desk about places to eat in the area. Person at the check-in desk wasn’t very helpful. Entrance was unkept, mat at door was dirty. Won’t stay there again."
