"空港への無料送迎バスも有り、コンビニエンスストアが24時間利用可能場のがいい。朝食付きプランで美味しいバッフェはすごい良い。室内は広く、トイレバスはやや証明は薄暗く、ややかび臭いけれど、湿度の高い今どきはこんなものかとも思いました。スタッフの方の対応やバス到着後のチェックインの案内など迅速かつ丁寧で何も文句のつけようは無く、また基本への帰省時に利用したいです。ありがとう"

"We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel. Excellent location, close to all amenities. Walking distance to train station and easy access to airport limousine service. The staff were friendly and the locals Nen were changed as per schedule. The products used in the toilets were excellent quality stuff. The welcome lounge was the main attraction and the staff were really friendly. Free shuttle busy to Disney was a bonus. The convenient store downstairs also made our stay easy."

"いつもお世話になってます。エクスペディアからの予約でしたがハーモニー会員だったので一部の特典を適用していただき嬉しかったです。舞浜駅へのシャトルバスが異様に少ないのは少し残念でしたが、設備やスタッフサービスや食事はいつものことながら申し分なしです。 微妙にホテルの話とはずれますが、イクスピアリ前のウェルカムセンターのチェックインスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。手続きしながら連れとパークの電子チケットを買おうとボソボソ相談してたところ、紙チケットはいかがですかと提案してくれて良い思い出の品になりました。"

"Das Hotel ist über alles gesehen gut. Schadebwaren bei unserem Aufenthalt das japanische und chinesische Restaurant geschlossen. So hatte man leider nur die Möglichkeit ein Restaurant zu benutzen, dass Buffet, "Western style" á la carte, Bar und Frühstücksort in einem war. Ansonsten würde dem Hotel ein neuer Anstrich sicher gut tun. Für ein Flughafenhotel mit diesem Namen ist die Anbindung mit einem Sammelbus für 2 Hotels gleichzeitig jede Stunde eher dürftig."
