The room was clean on arrival but I did notice housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay and we had to ask for fresh hand towels every morning. Breakfast was standard and I would definitely like to see an ice machine or at least the juice in the dispenser be cold. The burgers from the bar were good but the pepperoni pizza was very disappointing especially for $22."

"The Pendry was absolutely beautiful! The bar, restaurant and cafe on site were amazing and delicious! Also the accessibility to all the attractions we planned to go to was amazing! We were able to walk almost everywhere and the metro was one block away making our trip amazing! We will definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing and friendly especially the doormen!! Loved loved loved!!"

"Only problem, be aware of the additional charges they tack on to your bill at closing. For us it was an additional 35 dollars a night for what they called urban experience fee. One day we returned to our hotel and our room had not been attended to."

"The hotel was cute, aesthetic and wonderful smelling (hello Hotel Lobby scent) and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The king room we had was a tad small, but as expected given the location. Do note that the bathroom door is only a sliding ‘barn door’ style and does not entirely enclose it. The location was excellent, close to Millennium Park, the River, and right on the Miracle Mile. We personally had a good view, but did see that some of the other rooms looked...

"I had a great stay! The location is perfect close to everything I wanted to do, and the price was very affordable. The staff was friendly and even allowed me to check in way early at no additional cost, which was a wonderful surprise to be in Chicago! The hotel also offers parking at a much lower price than the nearby public parking lots. Be sure to ask at the front desk about the parking discount. Overall, this hotel offers value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean, friendly staff, the coffee service is a nice touch, having Starbucks next door is Also convenient, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were outstanding. Room had a bit of wear and tear but over was a quiet and efficient place to sleep. We did not have the chance to eat or visit the lounge. The early check in fee was a nice option."
