"The Times Square location is great! The room was meh as far as cleanliness goes. The ceiling of the shower had dead bugs on it and the corners/ floor felt a bit unclean. The bed was fine - definitely not the most comfortable but did the job. The cleaning staff was incredibly kind and helped us out with towels a few times. That said, we would not stay here again.
