"We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!!
They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected.
Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families."

"Absolutely horrible customer support service. I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get instructions on how to get to the apartment, and at the end I wasn't given the code for the door. The agent that was assigned to the property stopped replying before making sure I'm checked in, when I called the customer support number, a guy there told me he can only help with the reservation, but not the door code.
