"The waiters need to be better trained"

"Pamela was so nice! She helped me at the front desk. She let me check in a little bit early and was very clear when explaining anything related to my booking. The room was nice, and there’s a lovely pub nearby (The Three Magpies) where I had some delicious lamb. It was very easy to take a bus from the airport and walk here, and I’ll likely come back at the end of my stay in London."

"Hotellet var bra, låg bra till vid Tower Bridge, familjerummet vi hade var stort nog för två personer, men det hade varit väldigt trångt om vi hade varit 4 personer som rummet äntligen är menat för. Vi gillade det i alla fall och jag kan rekommendera detta hotell."
