"This hotel was excellent in many ways; the only issue was around dinner time at the restaurant, as they were not picking up the phones for room service. I was forced to come out of the room and go down to the restaurant to inquire about dinner. Things didn't seem too organized inside the restaurant either; a lot people waiting and only one person taking care of business at the main entrance. Other than that, everything else was fine."

"This is an old Hardrock Cafe Hotel and the decor and the noise levels in the restaurant seem to reflect that. Our dinner in their main Restaurant, Hell's Kitchen, was accompanied by music loud enough to inhibit conversation. It was like dining at a Rave."
