"Checking process was interesting. It is a self check in style which is handy especially when youve been traveling and you’re done dealing with people (which was my case). Then a bartender came over in the middle of my checkin and asked for my id and credit card. Gave it back and walked away. No please continue checkin- no thank you as soon as your done checking in you’re all set. So I was standing there waiting for 5 minutes and someone else comes up and asks if they can help. She just said oh you’re all set. So the process was a little confusing. Also, I do not remember any notifications or notes that there is no parking at the hotel. That was weird and confusing and trying to find a parking attendant at the time we arrived was even more challenging. The room is very minimalist as far as space. They have excellent design for the space. The only part I didn’t love was bathroom isn’t sealed off so anyone else in the room knows exactly what is happening. Which we all know but ignore it and this proved a bit challenging. Again, this is personal to us and most people likely won’t have an issue with this. Once past the initial hiccup everything was great! Bed was very comfortable, I love the blackout shades. Housekeeping, bar staff, even the guests were very kind. Location was on point. We love to walk and this hotel was right in the middle of everything. 10 minute to the Wharf which has excellent choices of restaurants, treats, outdoor seating, lovely location."

"I love the boutique charm of the hotel and my room. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like is the soap they used. Visitors to my room noticed a funky smell which we traced to the moss soap. Suggest they find another base for the soap."

"The property was very good and clean. The only problem we had was getting back our refund from deposit of $140. I called the hotel repeatedly with no progress. Very disappointing."
Hyatt Centric Arlington
10/10 Excellent
"This was the perfect location for my conference. Convenient to the metro, there were two food halls close by. Target is one block up. The front desk staff were courteous and assisted with metro questions. As a single female traveling this was a perfect location and would stay here again."
