"The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold...

"We booked a room with two queen beds which was not honored. My kids had to sleep on a sofa bed with springs in their back all night. Everything else was okay."

"Staff was amazing and the property grounds are very safe and clean. It’s conveniently located near Phoenix Skyharbor Airport and surprisingly quiet. Other than the ice machine not working on my floor, I have no other complaints. I highly recommend!"

"This is really an apartment complex where they rent out rooms when they have no tenants. So the front office isn't open after 5:30 or or weekends. There were many things missing that short term renters need - hangers, working charging ports & outlets, batteries for tv remotes and many small things. The bed was comfortable though."

"This property needs a lot of work: the bathtub is peeling to the point there’s a large circle of worn out paint in the middle of the tub, the toilet makes running noises at all hours of the night and the air conditioning sounds like it has a small band housed inside of it. Additionally, it took over an hour (twice!) to receive towels and please don’t arrive after 11pm because the only food options available will be a $5 bag of chips and other overpriced snacks."
