"It's directly across pattaya beach. There isn't a noise that came from nightlife activities (at least that's what I experienced). Pattaya 2nd road is nearby, where tiffany show and other tourist attractions are located. Hotel facilities are in a good condition. Outdoor pool is well-maintained and operates until 9pm. "The two floors of pools were extremly nice and relaxing, the top floor had a lot of sun but the lower floor was mostly shaded and that was very nice in the middle of the day, the rooms were very clean and very nice, comfortable beds, great staff, good food at all the restaraunts, views were amazing, if you smoke or vape or 420 the balconys really come in handy, be sure to specifically ask for one or you may not get one even if the room you select on expedia shows one, we had to change rooms...
